Description

Development with planning permission uncovered a souterrain during site stripping. The developer allowed the Archaeology Service time to organise and initiate a rescue excavation, which was carried on behalf of CnES by AOC Archaeology Ltd. Post Excavation analysis & final reporting was completed by AOC Archaeology Group in 2025.
