NF85NE 24 centred on 853 590

A township comprising twenty-one roofed, eight unroofed buildings, ten enclosures and a head-dyke is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire, Hebrides, North & South Uist etc. 1880, sheet xlv). Fourteen roofed, thirty unroofed buildings and several enclosures are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1971).

Reids 1799 map depicts a smaller defined settlement area, located between the southwestern tip of Loch Mor and the coast.
