Full Description

SU 136:
This house is orientated from west north-west to east south-east and measures 9.25 x 6.3 metres. It is constructed of stone wall faces with earth cores, utilises a large bedrock outcrop at its west end and has a single entrance at the west end of the north wall.
Interpretation: This structure is a single barn or house located on the west side of Bagh Mor, 3 metres above the High Water Mark with no other associated houses within 200 metres. While it may be a barn for Baile G it might also be the site of a marine industry such as herring, smoking and salting.
