What may be a single roofed shieling-hut is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Island of Lewis, Ross-shire 1854, sheet 18), but it is not shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1973).

Sub rectangular oval ended sheiling, drystone construction with two entrances, and a single large niche. Dimensions 5m x 3.25. Located high above the valley floor on a small raised outcrop, close to a loch.
