A township, comprising three unroofed buildings, two unroofed structures which may be buildings and one enclosure is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Island of Lewis Ross-shire 1853, sheet 8). Four unroofed structures which may be buildings and one enclosure are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1974).

Two houses with attached enclosures are depicted on the Chapman/ Gibbs map at this location with sibsiquent additions as outlined above.
