NLO: Tolsta Head (Ceann or Rubha Tholastaidh) [name: NB 565 469].
9 Feb 1885, COWSLIP, 24 yrs old, registered S.Shields, wooden barque. 343 tons, 10 crew. Master, H. Weberling. Owner, J. Whitfield, Sunderland. Departed Sunderland for Motril, Spain carrying coal and coke. Wind E, squally. Foundered 3 miles SE of Tolsta Head, Lewis, Hebrides.
