Full Description

Site of pre-clearance settlement depicted on Reids map 1799 and annotated 'Grenitot'. The 6"ed Ordnance Survey sheet (1876) shows several farmsteads on the same site. Area is currently part of the modern crofting settlement of Grenitote.
