Full Description

Rectangular blackhouse type building. This structure is a ruin one coarse of stone high and is located across the base of a small coastal headland, thereby forming a small enclosure. The structure comprises of double skinned drystone walls with a single internal division of a large and smaller compartment. Dimensions 13m x 6m.
Visible on 6" 1st ed Ordnance Survey sheet 1878 , and depicted as roofed, 2nd ed shows the structure as unroofed.
